ACCENT' hiring group provides a variety of services for Associates that have an ongoing relationship with ACCENT'. New candidates are always welcome to inquire about the availability of current Business Partner openings. Each candidate undergoes a rigourous screening process. If ACCENT's stringent criteria are met, the person is added to the associate database.

ACCENT's Unique Approach

Securing a Direct Hire placement or working in a Temporary/Contract position for one of ACCENT's Business Partners requires a tremendous amount of dedication. This is why the staffing experts at ACCENT' invest time getting to know each Associate and their individual needs. In order to create the best match for the Business Partner and Associate, ACCENT' asks both parties to be open and honest about what is important to them.

ACCENT's staffing experts begin the two hour process by pre-screening candidates and (then) conducting a thorough and comprehensive interview, as well as an analysis of each candidate’s background, work experience, salary history, and much more.

Unlike other staffing firms, ACCENT's experts do not judge Associates solely on their resumes. While skills, experience and education are vital, each Associate's personality traits and career goals are also taken into consideration.

Based on the information gathered through a series of customized questions, ACCENT’ creates a unique profile for each Associate that is shared with our Business Partner at the time of the interview. ACCENT's experts then refer qualified Associates to Business Partners when there appears to be a perfect match.
